This public contract defines the procedure for the provision of services, as well as mutual rights, obligations and the procedure for relations between the Limited Liability Company " Musement " (hereinafter referred to as "GoСomGo" or "Ticket Operator"), UNP 192849753, location - Republic of Belarus, Minsk, st. Timiryazeva, 67, room. 390, and the buyer of tickets (hereinafter referred to as the client) for cultural, entertainment, sports and / or other mass events (hereinafter referred to as the Event), who accepted (accepted) the public offer (offer) to conclude this agreement.

1.1. Basic concepts:
Ticket – an agreement between the Organizer of the event and the client, certifying the right of the latter to attend the event indicated on the ticket.
Ticket operator (or GoСomGo) – Musement LLC - a legal entity established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and selling tickets for events.
Reservation is a preliminary reservation of a place at an event (the right to attend the event). The booked ticket must be paid for within 1 calendar day from the date of order. A client cannot have more than one booking at the same time. Reservations close 2 working days before the start of the event.
Spectator - an individual who entered the site (place) of the event upon presentation of an entrance ticket.
The Client is the purchaser of the Ticket, to whom the Organizer provides services for attending the event.
Event organizer – a legal entity and/or an individual entrepreneur who has instructed GoСomGo to sell tickets for the event.
Partner – a legal entity and/or an individual entrepreneur selling Tickets to the Client on behalf of GoComGo.
Personal data of individuals (hereinafter - personal data) - a set of basic and additional personal data, as well as data on the details of documents confirming the main and additional personal data of specific individuals.
Service fee of the Ticket operator is a fee that is charged from the client for a number of services provided to the client when buying a ticket (the ability to print a ticket on a printer without leaving home; the ability to purchase a ticket at any point of sale convenient for the location; choice according to the arrangement of seats in the hall presented on the site, any place you like; choosing a convenient way to pay for the ticket, etc.).
Consent - the consent of the client to take actions with personal data, information relating to the client and related to commercial or other legally protected secrets for the purpose of using the site resources.
Actions with personal data - collection, processing, storage, recording, systematization, accumulation, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, deletion of information on the site about the client's personal data, in compliance with the requirements defined by the legislation on information, informatization and information protection .
1.2. GoСomGo sells tickets to the event on its own behalf. GoComGo does not determine the location of (seating) places at the event, does not replace, does not compensate for destroyed, lost, stolen, damaged and other tickets. The cost of the reservation, the cost of delivery when returning the ticket are not compensated. GoComGo is not responsible for losses incurred in connection with the event, incl. does not compensate for the cost of items lost during the event.
1.3. The rights and obligations associated with the purchased ticket are determined and published by the Organizer of the event, and GoComGo is under no circumstances responsible for the content, modification, enforcement of these rights and obligations.
1.4. GoComGo has the right to limit the number of tickets purchased by one person at any time and terminate the transaction for the purchase of such a number of tickets that exceeds the permitted number. The volume of an allowed transaction for a purchase is limited by the maximum allowable volume of the basket formed by the client.
1.5. The client receives the purchased tickets after paying the cost of the tickets in accordance with the chosen delivery method. When redeeming the booked tickets, the cost of the reservation is paid.
1.6. GoComGo is not responsible for delays in ticket delivery caused by inaccurate data, instructions provided by the user of the Website, actions of third parties, or other circumstances beyond GoComGo's control. GoComGo has the right to stop delivery of a ticket if the delivery method chosen by the client is not correct (wrong address, client is not available) or the amount paid is not commensurate with the value of the order. If the ticket is not received by the specified deadline, the client is obliged to contact GoСomGo within 3 calendar days by sending a notification to the postal address Llc. 1.7. The ticket must be kept in a safe place. Direct sunlight and high temperatures can ruin your ticket.
1.8. From the moment of providing public access to the unique barcode of the ticket purchased by the client, Musement LLC is not responsible for its uniqueness (singularity), since from now on the ticket with a unique barcode can be replicated.
1.9. GoComGo reserves the right, agreed with the Organizer of the Event, to collect the cost of the service charge from the client on its own behalf. Within one event, the cost of the service fee is the same for all customers.
1.10. When selling tickets to customers, GoComGo has the right to independently provide additional services to customers for a fee. Amounts received for additional services provided to GoComGo customers are GoComGo's own income.
1.11. Gocomgo.net may contain references to and links to information provided on the Internet from anywhere in the world. Since GoComGo does not control these sites and the information contained therein, GoComGo is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of the information contained therein.
1.12. Any use of the Internet site, its content for illegal purposes, as well as for the purpose of selling or reselling tickets, for advertising or other actions for the purpose of obtaining benefits, incl. mediation in the sale of tickets is prohibited.
1.13. The client is obliged not to interfere in any way or by means with the functioning and technical solutions of the gocomgo.com website. Any monitoring (tracking, counting) of the Internet site, copying, reproduction, modification, use and disclosure of the specified data for any purpose (including the content of the site) is prohibited. Any activity that may cause an overload of the Internet site system, interference in the functioning of the Internet site is prohibited.
1.14. In case of violation of the terms of work with the Internet site, GoComGo has the right to stop using the Internet site and / or terminate the ticket purchase transaction by the specified person unilaterally.
1.15. By performing any action on the site, the Client confirms that:
- he is an adult natural person who has the full right and legal capacity to work with the Internet site;
- he properly fulfills all the conditions for working with the Internet site;
- he is aware that in case of disclosure of the username or password given to him for visiting and working with the Internet site to third parties, the client is responsible for fulfilling the obligations assumed by third parties using his name and password.
1.16. Other than the username and password, GoComGo does not verify the identity of the user of the Internet site. The client confirms that the data provided by him to GoComGo is provided voluntarily and with the consent of the client. The Client gives GoComGo consent to the processing of his/her personal data transferred to GoComGo (name and surname, place of residence, phone number, e-mail, username, password, etc.).
1.17. Neither GoComGo nor the Organizer checks whether the person presenting the ticket is the person who purchased the ticket and is not responsible for any damage caused by this. When attending an event on the basis of a ticket printed by the client, the client is considered to have entered upon the first presentation and/or scanning of the ticket. Tickets with an identical barcode are not legally significant for either GoComGo or the Organizer.
1.18. GoComGo has the right to make changes to the terms of use of the Internet site by publishing relevant information in the news section of the site gocomgo.net. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on the website.
1.19. GoComGo is not responsible for the authenticity and identification of tickets purchased at unspecified locations (other than GoComGo sales outlets or gocomgo.com).
1.20. All claims related to the event, related to the conduct, content, quality, advertising, etc., are presented to the Organizer of the event.
1.21. Disputes in case of failure to reach an agreement are subject to consideration in the courts of the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
1.22. The client is obliged to keep the password and username provided for working with the Internet site in such a way that they do not fall into the hands of third parties, unless the client authorizes third parties to provide it when working with the Internet site.
1.23. The Client is obliged to inform GoComGo immediately about all data and circumstances that have changed compared to those that were transferred to them when registering on the site.
1.24. Entrance tickets to cultural and entertainment events can be returned
The organizer of the event in the cases provided for in Art. 217 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus "On Culture" dated July 20, 2016 No. 413-З.
The procedure for returning tickets for other events is determined by the Organizer of the event (information about the Organizer is placed on the ticket). If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or the venue of the event is changed, GoComGo is not obligated to refund the cost of the entry ticket to the customer upon return of the ticket. Entrance tickets are returned to the Organizer of the event, unless otherwise specified. In cases of ticket refunds, the cost of the service fee, as well as the cost of additional services, are non-refundable.
If the Organizer instructs the Ticket Operator to make a refund, such a refund is made after the client hands over the original ticket and confirmation of payment, which are attached to the application.
When returning funds to a client on a plastic card, banks may charge a fee for crediting funds to the card. The size of the commission must be specified in the issuing bank that issued the card.
The maximum period for satisfying the claim may not exceed 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
1.25. The rules of conduct at the event (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are established by the Law “On Mass Events in the Republic of Belarus” dated December 30, 1997 No. 114-З (as amended on April 20, 2016), the Law “On Physical Culture and Sports” dated 01/04/2014 No. 125-Z, other regulatory legal acts, as well as the rules established at the venue of the event. By purchasing a ticket, the client accepts and agrees to the rules of conduct at the event.
1.26. In order to ensure the safety of certain categories of spectators, the organizer of the event may introduce special conditions for attending the event for these categories with the obligatory notification of the decision made by the site administration, law enforcement agencies, spectators before the sale of entrance tickets.
1.27. Entering the venue of the event implies the acceptance and voluntary compliance by the spectators of the rules that are in force during the entire time they are in the venue of the event.
1.28. Control over compliance with the rules is assigned to the Organizer of the event, law enforcement officers, fire inspectors, as well as services involved in providing access control, seating of spectators and protecting public order (security services, private security companies, controllers, administrators, volunteers, etc.). ).
1.29. The organizer of the event has the right to take photos and videos of spectators in order to prevent illegal activities.
1.30. The Client provides the Ticket Operator with information about personal data and consents to its free use by GoComGo for the purposes and to the extent provided for in this public agreement.
1.31. The purpose of personal data processing is: provision of the service and execution of contracts and agreements concluded by the Ticket Operator with individuals, providing the client with information about the Ticket Operator, the Organizer, for conducting mailings about the event (s), in any form not prohibited by applicable law.
1.32. Personal data is required by GoComGo to send newsletters about the event(s), provide technical and other support, as well as for market research and analysis, which help to improve the service of the Ticket Operator.
1.33. Confirmation of the client's consent is carried out at the time of entering his e-mail address in his personal account, which means the client's confirmation of his consent to the public contract, as well as acceptance of all its conditions and their unconditional acceptance.
1.34. The client provides and allows to perform the actions provided for by the public agreement with the following personal data:
- Username;
- User's email address.
By accepting the terms of this public agreement, the client agrees to the processing of his personal data to the Ticket Operator, the Organizer, his representatives and employees, receiving newsletters in the format of an e-mail newsletter, in other ways not prohibited by applicable law.
1.35. The processing of personal data means the following list of actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution), depersonalization, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.36. This consent to the processing of personal data is valid indefinitely, but may be withdrawn by the subject of personal data on the basis of a personal application sent to e-mail: info@gocomgo.net from the address registered for mailing.
1.37. The Client has the right to require the Ticket Operator to clarify their personal data. The claim must be made by sending it to the e-mail: info@gocomgo.net. The Client may also opt out of receiving emails by using the "Unsubscribe" link located at the end of each email. On the basis of a request, receive from the Ticket Operator information regarding the processing of his personal data.
1.38. GoComGo does not bear any responsibility for the distortion and leakage of the client's personal data, information relating to the client and related to commercial or other secrets, through an unsecured communication channel.
1.39. GoComGo undertakes not to transfer the information received from the client to third parties, with the exception of state bodies based on their requests. It is not considered a violation to provide personal data to third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with GoСomGo in order to fulfill obligations to the client and only within the framework of this public agreement.
1.40. The client accepts the cookie policy used on the site and agrees to receive information about the IP address and other information about his activity on the site. This information is not used to identify the client.
1.41. GoСomGo, when processing personal data, takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.
1.42. By purchasing a ticket, the client automatically agrees to the terms of this agreement and undertakes to fulfill the rights and obligations set forth in this public agreement.
Payment by bank card via the Internet.

Access to authorization pages is carried out using a protocol that ensures secure data transmission on the Internet (SSL/TLS).
Refunds are made to the card with which the payment was previously made. The term for receipt of funds on the card is from 1 to 30 days from the date of the return by the Seller.
